Lapidus?

My husband (http://maplered.com) and (http://maplered.com) I chose a slab of "Granite (http://tanbrown.org) " at a Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top place. It's very beautiful and (http://maplered.com) I was wondering if it is a good choice? I am very concerned, however, that the people only came out and (http://maplered.com) measured twice before cutting the Stone (http://g603.net) .  They have not cut the sink out yet as I have not decided on which one I want to use yet. We just have a galley type kitchen however and (http://maplered.com) maybe they do not need to use one? We have given them no money yet.

Also, we have a slide in range, is the strip of Granite (http://tanbrown.org) behind it typically seamed in? I was hoping for no seams, actually. They have not told me how they are going to do this. Actually, that haven't told me anything. I am very nervous. Please advice me on what I should be asking.
